Who we are

Wat If Solutions, LLC (“we”, “us”) provides data, analytics and AI solutions to CPA and professional services firms. This policy explains what personal information we collect through watifsolutions.com (“the site”), how we use it, and the choices you have. What we collect

Information you give us. When you use the contact form, or a “Get Started” or “Pre-Order” button, we receive your first and last name, phone number, email address, company, job title and the message you write. If you arrived from a bundle button, we also record which bundle you asked about. If you email or call us, we keep what you send us.

Information from other sources. We may also obtain business contact details, such as name, work email, company and job title, from public sources, professional networks such as LinkedIn, and business contact providers. We use them to contact firms about our solutions and services, and we will stop if you ask us to.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider, Netlify, keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of visit, to run and secure the site. We also use Netlify’s analytics to understand how many people visit the site, which pages they view and how they found us. It works from server logs, not from scripts or cookies in your browser. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. If we add other analytics or advertising tools, we will update this policy before we use them.

How we use it

To reply to your inquiry or pre-order request and give you the information you asked for.
To keep a record of our conversations and manage our business relationships.
To run, secure and improve the site, and to understand how it is used.
To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
To tell you about our solutions, services and events, with a way to opt out of every message.

Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to stop at any time by emailing info@watifsolutions.com.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the business, under their own privacy terms:

Netlify, which hosts the site, processes form submissions and provides our site analytics.
Microsoft, for email and productivity tools, including AI features such as Copilot, which we may use to organize and respond to inquiries.

We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising. We may disclose it if the law requires, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and to keep reasonable business records, and then delete or anonymize them. Records we are required to keep by law are kept for the required period.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and opt out of marketing at any time, by emailing info@watifsolutions.com. California residents have these rights under California privacy law, and we will not treat you differently for using them. We will respond within the time the law requires, and we may need to verify your identity first.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limiting access to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The site is for business use and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
